  • Deposit requirements (as outlined in formal quotation)

  • Compliance with statutory cancellation rights (where applicable)

  • Survey refunds are only applicable with a minimum job value of £1,200 + VAT

5. Cancellation Rights (Domestic Customers)

Where contracts are entered into off-premises or online, customers may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
