Site Assessment
We assess the structure, ground conditions, water table risk, existing drainage and any previous waterproofing attempts. External and internal inspection of all below-ground areas.
System Specification
We specify the appropriate waterproofing system type (A, B or C to BS 8102:2022) based on your specific conditions, not a one-size-fits-all approach. The specification is fully documented.
Written Report & Design
A full written report including system design, product specification, installation methodology and expected performance. Suitable for planning applications and architect review.
