Damp proofing & Lime Plastering for Crew Clothing

• Advanced Damp were contacted by Crew Clothing for damp proofing treatment and lime plastering on a Listed commercial property. A damp survey was booked in to assess the premises for damp issues including: rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, water ingress, external render damage, condensation, wood rot, and more…
• After providing a report on findings our damp proofing team worked closely with building surveyors to provide a solution that would fit listed properties.

What did we find?

• Our damp specialists at Advanced Damp suggested a new damp proofing treatment was installed and a horse hair lime rendering system to apply with the listed building regulations. 
• We added a new layer of damp protection from rising damp by installing a chemical injected damp proof course.
